  • New with/without Tag Items

    Our items listed new with/without tags do not have a set return policy. We cannot refund/exchange any items that do not fit or when a customer has changed their mind, however we will try to assist on any items that you are not satisfied with due to the quality described. We are more than happy to do store credit returns for your future purchases!

  • Used Items

    Our items listed used cannot be refunded. Due to the circumstances of the items possibly being flawed (which should be noted in the description), we are unable to refund any used item. If you receive an item that has more damage than notated, please fill out our contact form by clicking the button below and letting us know of any issues you may be having. We will reach out within 24-48 hours with a possible solution.

  • Discounted/Final Sale Items

    Our items listed discounted/final sale ABSOLUTELY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Due to the circumstances of the items BEING flawed (which is noted in the description), we are unable to refund any discounted/final sale item. Any item in this catalog is at risk of being donated to a nonprofit organization for families in need. Therefore, we are not allowed to refund these items. If you have any issues you may need resolved, please contact us below and we will reach out within 24-48 hours with a possible solution.
